In this session, we will employ the flow breathing pattern designed to extend and slow the exhale. This soothing breathing technique is designed to help you release stress, promote relaxation and healing, and achieve a heightened state of awareness. Through guided breathing exercises, you will tap into your inner calm and unlock new levels of clarity and focus.
As with all breathwork practice, you are encouraged to gently let go of any tension and fully immerse yourself in the experience. Being present with the rhythmic breathing pattern will help you connect deeply with your body and mind, allowing you to access a state of profound relaxation and insight.
